Infrastructure Fund (IFF)
Infrastructure fund is a financial instrument for raising capital in order to finance infrastructure projects across Thailand that are naturally huge in size and required a tremendous amount of capital. Thus the purpose of the infrastructure fund is to alleviate the government budget allocation and the country’s public debt. Moreover, the fund will also become an alternative source of financing for private sector involved in infrastructure projects. Infrastructure fund will be obtained the returns from investing in the infrastructure projects both directly and indirectly and will share the profits to investors.
Not only Infrastructure fund is an alternative source of financing for the government, state-owned enterprise, and private sector involved in developing infrastructure projects. But Infrastructure fund is also an interesting alternative investment to investors.

2. Application expenses
Application fees for establishing and registration to SEC
- Application fee for establishing : 100,000 baht
- Application fee for registration : for every 100 million baht paid-up capital and remaining not exceeding 100 million baht, fee of 10,000 baht is applicable
