                Refer to the Company's notification letter Ref. AIT/16-796 dated November 18, 
2016, the Company had notify the adjustment of Exercise price would be Baht
3.262 per share and the Exercise Ratio : 1 warrant for 1.073 ordinary share
because of the Company has issuing and offering of new ordinary shares in the
amount not exceeding 385,000,000 shares to the existing shareholders.
