                Reference is made to the notification made by Jasmine International Public 
Company Limited ("JAS") to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on the resolutions of
its board of directors' meeting no. 2/2017, held on 20 February 2017, regarding
that Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited is to sell additional optical
fiber cables (the "Additional OFCs") to Jasmine Broadband Internet
Infrastructure Fund (the "Fund") and to lease the Addition OFCs from the Fund.

BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the "Management Company"), as the management 
company of the Fund, preliminarily views that the investment in the Additional
OFCs is consistent with the core objective of the Fund, which mainly focuses on
investing in infrastructures with high income-generating potential to enable the
 Fund to distribute dividend to unitholders on a long term basis.

In this regard, the Management Company will propose the above matters to the 
Real Estate and Infrastructure Investment Committee (the "IC"). The IC meeting
is scheduled to be held on 9 March 2017. Once the IC has approved the principle
terms and conditions on the matters, the Management Company will convene a
unitholders' meeting to seek approval on certain matters relating to the
investment in the Additional OFCs as required under the relevant laws and
regulations.
