                       Reference is made to the notification made by BBL Asset Management Co., 
Ltd. (the "Management Company") to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 20 February
2017, under the Notification No. 575/2017 Re: Notification of our preliminary
consideration on the purchase of the additional optical fiber cables from Triple
T Broadband Public Company Limited and lease of the additional optical fiber
cables by Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited, to be entered into with the
 Fund (the "Additional Investment Project").
        The Management Company hereby notifies that the Management Company has 
acknowledged the preliminary information regarding the Additional Investment
Project and has considered that the financial advisor shall prepare and collect
further relevant information to present to the Management Company for its
further consideration of the Additional Investment Project.  Once the Management
Company has completed its further consideration in the Additional Investment
Project, it shall inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the result
accordingly.
