                          BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of Jasmine 
Broadband Internet  Infrastructure Fund (JASIF) ("the Fund"), had decreased the
registered capital of the Fund by Baht 130.35 million which equals to Baht
0.0237 per unit. The registered capital of the Fund after the capital decrease
was Baht 54,183.80 million and par value per unit was Baht 9.8516. The book
closure date for the capital decrease was on May 23, 2017 and the payment date
was on June 6, 2017.

          Please be informed that the Management Company had submitted the 
registration for the capital decrease to the office of the Securities and
Exchange Commission ("SEC") on June 7, 2017. The SEC acknowledged such capital
decrease on June 12, 2017 as stated in the SEC's letter, JorKor. 238/2560, Re:
The 3rd capital decrease of Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund.
