Product Public Company Limited ("CCP" or "the Company") leaning towards to
acquire core-business of Smart Concrete Public Company Limited ("SMART" or "the
Subsidiary") and incline to dispose the Subsidiary to new potential group of
Capitalists afterwards, the Company would like to inform the Stock Exchange of
Thailand and investors that we have not provided such information or emitted
said statement and have never changed the nature of business in neither the
Company or the subsidiary as well as no decision-making took place as the news
stipulated accordingly. Therefore, we suggest that investors should contemplate
the judgement upon these sort of information carefully.
