As M-PAT has the policy to pay the dividend to Unit holders not exceed 4 times 
per year at the minimum rate of 90% of its annual net profit or will pay the
dividend from the retained earnings.
On 9 August 2017, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the dividend 
distribution for the period 1 April 2017 - 30 June 2017. The dividend payment
from Net Profit will be at Baht 0.1750 per unit. The Fund's registration book
will be closed on 24 August 2017 for the unit holders' right to obtain the
dividend. The dividend will be paid on 8 September 2017.
