Re:    Notification of the preliminary consideration on the investment in the 
additional telecommunications infrastructure assets from True Corporation Public
 Company Limited
SCB Asset Management Company Limited ("the Management Company") as management 
company of Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund ("the Fund") would
like to inform that according to the notification made by True Corporation
Public Company Limited ("TRUE") to the Stock Exchange of Thailand dated on
September 18, 2017 on the resolutions of its board of directors' meeting no.
5/2017 regarding the Appointment of Audit Committee and the Entry into
Transactions with Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund,
The Management Company will propose the transaction of the investment in the 
additional telecommunications infrastructure assets from TRUE to the Property
and Infrastructure Investment Committee ("Investment Committee") who is
responsible for approving the terms and conditions of the investment in the
additional telecommunications infrastructure assets of the Fund, in the
Investment Committee meeting which will be held on September 19, 2017. In this
regards, when the Investment Committee has considered and approved the
aforementioned transaction, the Management Company will notify unitholders of
the resolutions on that day and will later hold a unitholders' meeting for
consideration of the approval in relation to the Fund's investment in the
additional telecommunications infrastructure assets as required under the
relevant laws and regulations.
