As M-PAT has the policy to pay the dividend to Unit holders not exceed 4 times 
per year at the minimum rate of 90% of its annual net profit or will pay the
dividend from the retained earnings.
 
On 7 November 2017, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the dividend
distribution for the period 1 July 2017 - 30 September 2017. The dividend
payment from Net Profit will be at Baht 0.1770 per unit. The Fund's registration
book will be closed on 22 November 2017 for the unit holders' right to obtain
the dividend. The dividend will be paid on 12 December 2017.
