Subject: Announcement for Dividend Payment and closing the registration book for
the right to obtain the dividend of the Hemaraj Industrial Property and
Leasehold Fund (HPF)

As HPF has the policy to pay the dividend to Unit holders not exceed four time 
per year at the minimum rate of 90% of its annual net profit or will pay the
dividend from the retained earnings.
 
On 26 February 2018, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the 
dividend distribution for the period 1 October 2017 - 31 December 2017. The
dividend payment from Net Profit will be at Baht 0.0900 per unit. The Fund's
registration book will be closed on 13 March 2018 for the unit holders' right to
 obtain the dividend. The dividend will be paid on 27 March 2018.
