TMB Asset Management Co.,Ltd. ("The Management company") as the fund manager
of Luxury Real Estate Investment Fund (the "Fund")  would like to notify that 
the registrar book
of LUXF investment unit will be closed for transferring of the investment unit 
of LUXF
on  14th March, 2018.  LUXF will pay dividend # 1/2018 (for the operating period
of 1st July 2017 to 31th December 2017) at the amount of 0.1800 Baht per unit
on 29th March 2018.
