    With reference to the  Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 of Fancy 
Wood Industries                Public Company Limited which was held on Friday,
April 27, 2018 at 09.30 a.m. at The Four Wings Hotel at Kingkunya room, 5th
Floor , Sukhumvit Soi 26, Klongtoey Bangkok.

    The Company would like to submit the minutes of the  Annual General Meeting of 
Shareholders 2018 to the Stock Exchange of Thailand and has already posted the
minutes of the aforesaid meeting of the Company's website at
www.fancywood.th.com from May 9, 2018 onwards, to add a channel of
acknowledgment of information for the shareholders to consider aforementioned
minutes.
