SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., ("the Management Company''), the Management 
Company of Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund ('the Fund'), would
like to notify the unitholders of the resignation of Investment Advisory
Committee member in the following detail:
?    Ms. Pijittra Trirattanathada, whose the resignation will be effective from 
July 1, 2018.
The Management Company is considering to appoint the Investment Advisory 
Committee member to replace the Committee member who resigned and will announce
the name, later.
