Re:     The resignation and appointment of Investment Advisory Committee member
    Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund

SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., ("the Management Company''), the Management 
Company of Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund ('the Fund'), would
like to notify the unitholders of the resignation of Investment Advisory
Committee member in the following detail:
?    Mr. Smith Banomyong, whose the resignation was effective from August 1, 2018.
In this regard, the Management Company has appointed the Investment Advisory 
Committee member to replace the member who has resigned which will be effective
from August 10, 2018 - December 22, 2021 in the following detail:
?    Mr. Narongsak Plodmechai
Chief Executive Officer
    SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd.
The Investment Advisory Committee has rights, duties and responsibilities as 
prescribed in prospectus of the Fund.
