Subject:    Notification of the closing of the registrar book for transferring of 
the Luxury Real Estate Investment Fund investment unit
TMB Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("The Management Company") as the fund manager of
Luxury Real Estate Investment Fund (the "Fund") would like to notify that the
registrar book of LUXF investment unit will be closed for transferring of the
investment unit of LUXF on 14th  September 2018. LUXF will pay dividend #2/2018
(for the operating period of 1st January 2018 to 30th June 2018) at the amount
of 0.4300 Baht per unit on 27th September 2018.
