On September 19, 2018, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, acting through its
Hong Kong branch, issued 2 tranches of USD senior unsecured notes under its
US$3,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Program to offshore institutional
investors, as follows: (1) 1st Tranche: having a tenor of 5.5-year with a coupon
of 4.050% p.a., totaling US$600 million and (2) 2nd Tranche: having a tenor of
10-year with a coupon of 4.450% p.a., totaling US$600 million.
