Re:     The resignation and appointment of Investment Advisory Committee member
    Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund

SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., ("the Management Company''), the Management 
Company of Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund ('the Fund'), would
like to notify the unitholders of the resignation of Investment Advisory
Committee member in the following detail:
?    Mr. Kornwipop Montharop, whose the resignation was effective from October 1, 
2018.
In this regard, the Management Company has appointed the Investment Advisory 
Committee member who is a representative of the Management Company to replace
the member who has resigned in detail as follows:
?    Mrs. Tipaphan puttarawigorm
Executive Vice President
    SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd.
The Investment Advisory Committee has rights, duties and responsibilities as 
prescribed in prospectus of the Fund.
