Subject: Commercial Operation Date (COD) of Nari Aizu Solar Power Plant in Japan
To:    President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
Banpu Public Company Limited ("Banpu") would like to inform the Stock Exchange 
of Thailand that its subsidiary Banpu Power Public Company Limited ("BPP") had
been notified that Nari Aizu Solar Power Plant Project, which BPP has invested
under TK* structure has successfully achieved Commercial Operation Date (COD) on
 1st December 2018.
The project is located in Fukushima prefecture with capacity of 20.46 MW (15.35 
MW on Equity-base capacity). It has entered into Power Purchase Agreement with
Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc. for a period of 20 years with Feed-in- Tariff
(FIT) of JPY 36 per Kilowatt-Hour.
  
Inclusive of this project, BPP currently holds interest in 13 Solar Power Plant 
Projects in Japan with total generation capacity of 358.76 MW (233.57 MW on
Equity-base capacity), under which had been COD for total of 58.86 MW (37.42 MW
on Equity-base capacity).

BPP will continue to seek investment opportunities in both conventional and 
renewable power projects to achieve growth target of 4,300 MW with renewable
portion of at least 20% in portfolio by 2025, focusing on markets with
attractive growth and supportive government policy.

*TK structure is governed by contract between investors and a business operator 
under which the investors make certain contributions (in the form of cash or
