                Change of director/Executive

PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) would like to inform you that the State Owned 
Enterprises Commission has approved an appointment of new PTT directors,
pursuant to the resolution of PTT Board of Directors Meeting No. 11/2018 held on
 November 16, 2018 as follows:

Mr. Nuttachat Charuchinda, Director, in replacement of Air Marshal Boonsuib 
Prasit
Mr. Kulit Sombatsiri, Director, in replacement of Mr. Thammayot Srichuai.

The appointment is effective from January 16, 2019 onwards.
