chairman of compensation
    committee due to the retirement age.

Banpu Public Company Limited ("The Company") would like to inform the Stock 
Exchange of Thailand that the Company acknowledge the resignations of Mr.Rutt
Phanijphand from being the Company's director and sub-committees which is the
member of audit committee and the chairman of compensation committee. The reason
for the resignation is the good governance of the Company which established a
mandatory retirement age at 72  which will be effective on April 4,2019 onwards.
