Subject: Announcement for Dividend Payment and closing the registration book for
the right to obtain the dividend of the Hemaraj Industrial Property and
Leasehold Fund (HPF)

As HPF has the policy to pay the dividend to unitholders not exceed 4 times per 
year at the minimum rate of 90% of its annual net profit or will pay the
dividend from the retained earnings.
 
On 25 February 2019, the Property Investment Committee approves the dividend 
distribution for the period 1 October 2018 - 31 December 2018. The dividend
payment from Net Profit will be at Baht 0.0632 per unit. The Fund's registration
book will be closed on 12 March 2019 for the unit holders' right to obtain the
dividend. The dividend will be paid on 27 March 2019.
