of MFC Patong Heritage Property Fund on Asset Management Company's Website

Regarding to the MFC PT 25/2019 dated March 7, 2019 notify the Record Date for 
determining the right of unitholders for attending the 2019 Annual General
Meeting of MFC Patong Heritage Property Fund (M-PAT) unitholders which is held
on Wednesday April 24, 2019, 10.00 hrs, at MFC Asset Management PCL. Office,
Room 2306-2307,    23rd floor, Column Tower, 199 Ratchadapisek Road, Klongtoey,
Bangkok 10110.

MFC Asset Management PCL, as Asset Management Company, would like to inform that
the notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting of unitholders and supporting
documents have been posted on the Asset Management Company's website at
http://tiny.cc/l9zi4y since March 29, 2019. The notice and related documents
will be sent to the unitholders whose name appear on the Record Date as of March
 22, 2019.
