Subject:    Dissemination the Notice for the Unitholders' Meeting and Supporting 
Documents for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Unitholders No.1/2019 of
Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund (DIF)

Referring to Jortor. 11- 620189 dated 14 May 2019, SCB Asset Management Company 
Limited (the "Management Company") as the management company of Digital
Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund (the "Fund") made notification of
Notification of the Resolutions of the Meeting of the Investment Committee of
Property and Infrastructure Funds regarding the investment in additional
telecommunications infrastructure assets, the increase of registered capital,
the entry into the amendment agreements in relation to the benefit seeking from
the telecommunications infrastructure assets currently invested by the Fund to
reflect the additional investment (as defined below), the amendments to the fund
scheme to reflect the change in the rental structure of the telecommunications
towers of Asia Wireless Communication Co., Ltd. which the fund has invested in
the right to receive net revenue and the fixing of the record date to determine
the list of unitholders entitled to attend the Extraordinary Meeting of
unitholders No. 1/2019 of Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund
In this regard, the Management Company will send Notice for the Extraordinary 
General Meeting of Unitholders and Supporting Documents to the unitholders for
their consideration at least 14 days before the date of the meeting.
In addition, unitholders can download the Notice for the Extraordinary General 
Meeting of Unitholders and Supporting Documents via the website of the
Management Company as the following link.
