Description                              :
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) removes the causes of possible delisting of
the securities of Asian Insulators Public Company Limited (AI) and AI Energy
Public Company Limited (AIE) by lifting "SP" (Suspension) and "NC"
(Non-compliance) signs and resumes AI's securities trading on SET under
Resources Industry in Energy & Utilities Sector, and resumes AIE's securities
trading on mai under Resources Industry from 10 June 2019 onwards. In addition,
in order to allow securities trading of AI and AIE under actual condition, there
will be no ceiling and floor prices on 10 June 2019. Additionally, SET requests
the shareholders and investors to study the companies' information from
Information Memorandum of AI and AIE through SET's disclosure system on 29 May
2019.
