 resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting

2. Mr. Vichai Tanpatanarat, Director, President, Vice Chairman of the Board of 
Directors and Managing Director from the resolution of     the Board of
Directors Meeting No. 6/2002 dated 3 September 2002.
3. Mr. Taweesup Chittasopon, Director and Assistant Managing Director from the 
resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting
No. 5/2015 dated 24 June 2015.
4. Mr. Yanyong Wittayapaisilp, Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from 
the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting
No. 12/2018, dated 26 September 2018.
