Re:    Notification of the resigned of Mr. Worapote Chutchaikulsiri, the Audit 
Committee.

SE-EDUCATION SE-EDUCATION PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED ("the Company") would like to 
announce the resignation of Mr. Worapote Chutchaikulsiri, the resigned Audit
Committee, effective on 8th July 2019, and he will still hold the position of
Director of the Company.
Currently, the Company is in the process of recruiting and appointing a person 
to hold such position.
