This is with reference to an inquiry made by the Stock Exchange of Thailand 
("SET") in regard to update of actions which may affect the price of shares of
Dimet (Siam) Public Company Limited (the "Company") as shares of the Company
traded on SET are extremely in a volatile trading conditions over a passing
period.
    The Company would like to clarify that there is no necessary action or there is
the significant information memorandum which is in consideration and may be
disclosed to SET in the near future.      The Company has normally conducted the
 business in accordance with the operating plan.
