Subject    :    Report on the Company's operating results of the second quarter of the
 year 2019
To    :    President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand


The Board of Directors' Meeting No. 5/2019 of Jasmine Telecom Systems Public 
Company Limited (the "Company") held on August 7, 2019, has resolved to approve
the consolidated financial statements for the second quarter of the year 2019,
ended June 30, 2019, that have been accordingly reviewed by the Company's
external auditor and by the Audit Committee at the meeting No. 4/2019 held on
August 7, 2019. Also, on this occasion, the Company would like to report its
operating results as detailed below:-

1.    Total Revenue
The total operating revenue of the Company and its subsidiary for the second 
quarter of the year 2019 was Baht 24.31 million, decreasing by Baht 1.96 million
or 7.46 % when compared to that of Baht 26.27 million in the second quarter of
the year 2018.  The total revenue comprised:-

-    The revenue obtained from Telecom Systems Integration and Telecom Service 
business of Baht 9.45 million;
-    The revenue obtained from Computer Systems Integration business and Cloud 
Computing business of Baht 12.92 million;
-    Other revenue of Baht 1.94 million.

2. Cost of Sales and Services, Selling and Servicing Expenses and Administrative
 Expenses
The cost of sales and services, the selling and servicing expenses and the 
administrative expenses of the Company and its subsidiary for the second quarter
of the year 2019 was Baht 26.23 million, increasing by Baht 2.84 million or
12.14% when compared to that of Baht 23.39 million in the second quarter of the
year 2018.









3. Net Profit
In the second quarter of the year 2019, the operating profit of the Company and 
its subsidiary was Baht 1.57 million, decreasing by Baht 0.09 million or 5.42%
when compared to that of Baht 1.66 million in the second quarter of the year
2018. This amount, included by
-    the exchange gain of Baht 0.83 million;
-    the record of additional provision for long-term employee benefit of Baht 4.58
million (as shown under Administrative Expenses) to comply with the latest
Labor Protection Act, effective from May 5, 2019 onwards,
resulted in the record of net loss for the second quarter of the year 2019 of 
the Company and its subsidiary of Baht 2.18 million, compared to the net profit
of Baht 0.17 million in the second quarter of the year 2018.
