0.1410 per share from business with 10 percent taxable income and THB
61,908,230.9664, at THB 0.1456 per share from business with 20 percent taxable
profits.

These interim dividends from business with taxable income 10 percent and 20 
percent will be subject to 10 percent withholding tax.
