Jasmine Telecom Systems Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to 
notify that
Major General Sunanta Sirisumpan has resigned from the positions of Independent 
Director and Audit Committee of the Company due to personal business that does
not allow her to continue performing her duties in such positions. The
resignation is effective on August, 30 2019.
