As HPF has the policy to pay the dividend to unitholders not exceed four time 
per year at the minimum rate of 90% of its annual net profit or will pay the
dividend from the retained earnings.
 
On 18 November 2019, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the 
dividend distribution for the period 1 July 2019 - 30 September 2019. The
dividend payment from Net Profit will be at Baht 0.0965 per unit. The Fund's
registration book will be closed on 3 December 2019 for the unitholders' right
to obtain the dividend. The dividend will be paid on 23 December 2019.
