SAHATHAI TERMINAL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (PORT) has been a listed company 
trading on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) since 23 November 2017.
Later, PORT has filed an application requesting the SET to instruct the trading
of its ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

The SET has considered PORT's qualifications and deemed that it is fully 
qualified according to the regulation of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
regarding Listing of Ordinary Shares or Preferred Shares as Listed Securities
B.E. 2558 (2015).

Thus, the SET will instruct the trading of PORT 607,199,911 shares at a par 
value of Baht 0.50 per share, totaling 303,599,955.50 baht to be traded on the
Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under Services Group in Transportation &
Logistics Sector using the trading name "PORT" commencing from November 26, 2019
 onwards.
