Subject:     Construction Extension to the New Parliament and Associated Building 
Project

Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited is the contractor to
the New Parliament and Associated Building project as presented in the contract
number 116/2013 dated 30th April 2013 with The Secretariat of the House of
Representatives as the employer and the project must finish by 15th December
2019.

The company has proceeded the construction rapidly and continuously in order to 
complete the construction as stated in the contract, but there is an incident
matter interrupted the construction.  The company decided to ask for
construction extension to the parliament and associated building project abide
by the rules and regulations of the contract by submitting all related document
to Project Director and the team of consultant to the parliament and associated
building project to consider the aforesaid construction extension.  The
Secretariat of the House of Representatives considered through reasons and
necessities that hindered the construction along with the terms and conditions
of construction extension and then approved the construction extension to the
new parliament and associated building project since December 4th, 2019.  The
Secretariat House of Representatives made the memorandum of the additional
contract under the contract of the new parliament and associated building
project by extended 382 days from 16th December 2019 to 31st December 2020.

The company is pleased to inform that by this notice, the company has accurately
constructed the new parliament and associated building project along with the
contract.  The company has truly righteousness of being extended construction
period in accordance with the aforesaid contract, and hereby to this
announcement, the company would like to disseminate to the public and other
investors in order to prevent rumors that mistaken the company on the huge fine
of delayed construction and caused damage to investors and the company from such
 actions.

It is therefore informed for your acknowledgement and dissemination to the 
public and other investors.
