the Luxury
Real estate Investment Fund investment unit

TMB Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("The Management company") as the fund manager
of Luxury Real Estate Investment Fund (the "Fund")  would like to notify that 
the registrar book
of LUXF investment unit will be closed for transferring of the investment unit 
of LUXF
on  13th March, 2020.  LUXF will pay dividend # 1/2020 (for the operating period
of 1st July 2019 to 31th December 2019) at the amount of 0.1600 Baht per unit
on 30th March 2020.
