and venue of the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) to be held on
Monday, 27 April 2020, at 2.00 - 4:00 p.m. at The Pride Lounge, 15th Floor,
Singha Complex Building, No. 1788 Petchaburi Intersection Road, Bangkapi,
Huaykwang Bangkok 10310. The complete agenda has already been announced
according to the reference letter mentioned above.

    To provide the shareholders with additional channel of information, the Company
has posted the notification of 2020 AGM together with all attachments and 2019
Annual Report on our website at www.singhaestate.co.th since 26 March 2020.
