        Ref. MFC PT 36/2020 Temporary hotel closure of Patong Heritage Hotel in 
Phuket as a result of the Phuket Governor announcement of a temporary closure of
 places that contain the spread of COVID-19

MFC Asset Management Plc., as the Management Company of MFC Patong Heritage 
Property Fund ("the Fund") would like to inform that the invested property of
the Fund operating as a hotel named Patong Heritage Hotel will be temporarily
closed commencing from April 4, 2020 in accordance with the announcement of
Phuket Province no. 1797/2563 regarding the closure of places exposing to the
risk of spreading COVID-19 which include all types of hotel under Hotel Act B.E.
 2547.

     The Management Company would like to notify you that this temporary closure is
to comply to the policy of the Phuket Province Governor's policy in order to
contain the spread of COVID-19 in Phuket province which has a rapid increase of
infected people.
