        Ref. MFC PT 62/2020 The waiver of the operation of property inspection 
in year 2020 due to the outbreak of COVID-19 of MFC Patong Heritage Property
Fund

Reference to the Fund Scheme and the Notification of the Office of the 
Securities and Exchange Commission No. TorNor.36/2562 that the Fund Supervisor
and the Fund have to conduct inspection of the property to be invested within 1
year from the completion of the last inspection.
MFC Asset Management Plc., as the Management Company of MFC Patong Heritage 
Property Fund ("the Fund") would like to inform that the Management Company is
unable to conduct regular Property inspection of year 2020 which is Patong
Heritage Hotel in Phuket Province, as it is being affected by COVID-19 outbreak
situation which has not returned to normal. It still has a risk of disease
spreading during travel across provinces.  Moreover, this is to encourage
epidemic prevention and control policy of COVID-19 in the country. With this
regard, the Capital Market Supervisory Board Re.ThorNor/Chor.36/2563 give waiver
of inspecting the property conditions in the part that must be completed in the
 year 2020 due to the outbreak of COVID-19
