Re:    Notifying of Requested for Consent of Sending and Disclosure of Information 
Period Regarding the Total Asset, Net Asset Value and Value of Investment Unit
as of 30 June 2020

TMB Asset Management Company Limited (the "Management Company") on behalf of the
Management Company of Luxury Real Estate Investment Fund ("LUXF") hereby
notifies the request for consent of sending and disclosure of information period
regarding the total asset, net asset value and value of investment unit as of
30 June 2020 which had due date on 15 August 2020 to be within 31 August 2020.
As a result of the effect from COVID-19 which the valuation of the asset had to
postpone from the original schedule. Thus, the Management Company is in the
progress of waiting for the consent letter from the Office of SEC and if the
Management Company had received the consent letter from the Office of SEC, the
Management Company will be notified accordingly.
