Remark (New)                             :
The Bank of Thailand has announced that Friday 4 September and Monday 7 
September 2020 will be holidays for financial institutions, in compliance with a
Cabinet resolution dated 13 August 2020 that designated these days as
substitutions for the Songkran Festival holidays that were cancelled earlier
this year. Therefore, the Company will bring forward the interim dividend
payment date to Thursday 3 September 2020.
