Dear Sir,

Subject: Announcement for Dividend Payment and closing the registration book for
the right to obtain the dividend of the Hemaraj Industrial Property and
Leasehold Fund (HPF)

As HPF has the policy to pay the dividend to unitholders not exceed four time 
per year at the minimum rate of 90% of its annual net profit or will pay the
dividend from the retained earnings.
 
On 28 August 2020, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the dividend 
distribution for the period 1 April 2020 - 30 June 2020. The dividend payment
from Net Profit will be at Baht 0.091 per unit. The Fund's registration book
will be closed on 11 September 2020 for the unitholders' right to obtain the
dividend. The dividend will be paid on 28 September 2020.
