RE:     Notification of Book closed date for determining the right of unitholders 
to accept the return of capital from the capital reduction of Luxury Real Estate
 Investment Fund (LUXF)

The Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to the Manager of Luxury Real Estate Investment Fund (LUXF) (the 
"Property Fund") by TMB Asset Management Company Limited (the "Management
Company"), on behalf of the Management Company, had notified the unitholders of
the Property Fund in the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the unitholders of
Property Fund that the Property Fund has the excess liquidity from the decrease
of the appraisal value of the immovable asset invested by the Property Fund, the
Management Company was considered to decrease the capital of the Property Fund
and return of capital to the unitholders of the Property Fund. In this regards,
the investment committee of the Property Fund had resolved on 6 November 2020
that the Property Fund shall decrease its capital in the amount of Baht
39,300,000.00 by decreasing the value of investment units of the Property Fund
in the amount of Baht 0.20 per unit and shall distribute the return of capital
to the unitholders whose name appeared in the unitholders' registered book at a
determined date.

The Management Company will determine the book closed date for determining the 
right of unitholders to receive the return of capital on 20 November 2020 and
the Management Company will deliver such return of capital within 30 November
2020.
