Subject:    Notification on the Right of Unitholders to Propose the Agenda in 
Advance for the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of Millionaire
Property Fund

In accordance with the good corporate governance practice relating to the 
treatment of unitholders' rights, One Asset Management Limited ("ONEAM"), in
capacity as the Fund Manager of Millionaire Property Fund ("MIPF") would like to
notify the right of unitholders to propose agenda items for the 2021 Annual
General Meeting of Unitholders in advance, as the criteria and procedures
prescribed by the Fund Manager. ONEAM has disclosed the detail of criteria and
procedures on the Fund Manager's website at www.one-asset.com from 5 January
2021 to 5 February 2021.
