management guideline in the future;
2nd Matter    The financial position and operating performance of the Property Fund
 for the accounting period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020;
3rd Matter    The appointment of the Property Fund's auditors and the audit fees 
for the Year of 2021;
4th Matter    The dividend payment and reduction of registered capital of the 
Unitholders of  Property Fund for the accounting period during 1 January 2020 to
 31 December 2020.
Remark                                   :
1. The Management Company will send details and supporting documents related to 
the aforementioned information to the Unitholders by post to the Unitholders
according to the list of Unitholders entitled to attend the 2021 Annual General
Meeting of Unitholders as of 1 March 2021, as well as publish through the
information database system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the website of
 the Management Company.
2. The Unitholders have any questions or queries related to such information, 
the Management Company will inform the Unitholders the channel and timing of
accepting questions and inquiries together with the submission of the details
and supporting documents as mentioned above. from 1 April 2021 until 16 April
2021. The Management Company will further disclose a summary of such questions
and answers via an electronics system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and a
website of the Management Company at www.kasikornasset.com within 30 April 2021.
