Re:    Notification of the waiver of property inspection of Millionaire Property 
Fund

According to the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. 
ThorNor 36/2562 re: Property Fund Management which specified that the Mutual
Fund Supervisor and the Management Company have to conduct an inspection in the
Fund's investment property within 1 year from the last inspection.

One Asset Management Limited in its capacity as the Management Company of 
Millionaire Property Fund ("the Fund") would like to inform the reason for not
being able to conduct annual property inspection for the year 2021 which was due
in January.  This was due to the COVID-19 outbreak situation whose risk
increase with activities which involved gathering.  The Management Company has
duly received a waiver from the Office of the Securities and Exchange
Commission.

In any case, the Management Company will arrange to conduct the annual property 
inspection in 2021 when practicable. And the case when there is due suspicion
that the property of the Fund might be significantly impacted from any
situation, the Management Company will promptly conduct property inspection.
