Subject:    Notification of change in meeting venue and means of 2021 Annual 
General Meeting of Shareholders No. 27

Please refer to the resolutions of the meeting of the Board of Directors of CIMB
Thai Bank Public Company Limited ("CIMB Thai" or the "Bank") No. 2/2021 held on
23 February 2021 determining the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
No. 27 ("AGM 2021") to be held on Monday, 12 April 2021 at 10.00 a.m. entirely
by electronic means in accordance with the Emergency Decree on Electronic
Meetings, B.E. 2563 (2020) and broadcast live electronically from the Auditorium
Room, 9th floor, CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited Head Office, 44 Langsuan
 Road, Lumpini, Patumwan, Bangkok 10300.

As the government has recently announced the regulations issued pursuant to 
Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency
Situation, B.E. 2548 (No. 18) relaxing certain Covid-19 preventive measures, one
of which is permission for hotel conference rooms to accommodate meeting of
shareholders in a greater number, the President & CEO of CIMB Thai, with
authority delegated by the Board of Directors, has considered it proper to
change the meeting venue and meeting means of the AGM 2021 as follows:

From:    Meeting to be held entirely by electronic means at the Auditorium, 9th 
floor, CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited Head Office, 44 Langsuan Road,
Lumpini Sub-district, Pathumwan District, Bangkok 10330
To:    Meeting to be held physically at the Ballroom, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, 
155 Rajdamri Road, Lumpini Sub-district, Pathumwan District, Bangkok 10330
