As the company's auditor does not express a conclusion on the financial
statements ending September 30, 2020, the SEC may require the company to amend
its financial statements.
Remark :
GL has been posted SP sign since November 17, 2020 from failure to submit the
financial statements of Q3/2020 within specified period. Subsequently, on March
19, 2021, GL submitted the financial statements of Q3/2020 to SET. However, GL
is still unable to submit the financial statements of 2020. Therefore, SET sill
posted SP sign on GL's securities.
