    Ref. MFC 33/2021 Notification of the result of questions received in relation 
to the 2021 Annual General Meeting Report of MFC Patong Heritage Property fund
(M-PAT) unitholders

MFC Asset Management Plc. ("the Management Company"), as the Management Company 
of MFC Patong Heritage Property Fund ("M-PAT"), has delivered and disclosed the
2021 Annual General Meeting Report of MFC Patong Heritage Property Fund
unitholders along with supporting documents and the annual report for the year
2020 of M-PAT by QR Code ("the Annual Information Report") electronically to all
entitled unitholders including published the Annual Information Report thereof
on the website of the Management Company commencing from 22 April 2021. The
unitholders can submit questions seeking additional information in relation to
those specific in the Annual Information Report to the Management Company by 13
May 2021.
The Management Company would like to inform the result of questions received 
that there was no unitholders submitting any questions to the Management Company
 within the said inquiry submission period.
