                As Group Lease Corporation Public Company Limited (GL), Max Metal Corporation 
Public Company Limited (MAX) and Nok Airlines Public Company Limited (NOK) have
not yet submitted the financial statements for the year ended 2020 to the Stock
Exchange of Thailand (SET) within specified deadline (within March 1, 2021), SET
requires these 3 companies to urgently submit the mentioned financial
statements to disseminate to the investors.

    SET would like to inform that in case GL, MAX and NOK do not submit the 
financial statements for the year ended 2020 within 6 months from the deadline
or by September 1, 2021, SET will announce that these 3 companies are subject to
possible delisting and NC (Non-compliance) sign will be posted until the
companies can submit the financial statements and repossess the qualifications
in order to resume trading as normal.
