The Stock Exchange of Thailand "SET" has ordered securities trading Halt of GMM 
GRAMMY PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED "GRAMMY" because significant information
concerning the big lot transactions which 52.05% of its paid-up capital. This
might lead to tender offer and affect trading of its securities and might affect
investment decisions, however the SET has not yet been officially informed.
Therefore, the SET has temporarily halted trading of GRAMMY's securities,
effective from 10.22 a.m. of October 18, 2021 onwards until the company has
clarified or disclosed this material information to the SET.
