(a)    The Warrant Holders who have their own securities trading accounts shall 
notify their intention to their respective securities broker to withdraw the
Warrants from the scripless system or to request for the issuance of a Warrant
Substitute. Such securities company will then proceed with notifying to TSD to
issue the Warrant Substitute to be used as a supplemental document in exercising
 the rights to exercise warrants.

1.    Completed Notification form for exercise (available Download from

2.    Warrant certificate or Warrant Substitute.
3.    Payment to be arranged by cheque, cashier's cheque or bank draft which can be
called for collection in Bangkok by dated payable and send to the Company
within 11.00 am. of 11 November 2021 or money transfer attached with evidence
proving the transfer by payable to "Minor International Public Company Limited"
account number 035-3-03480-5, current account of Siam Commercial Bank, Sukhumvit
 Soi 71 Branch.
4.    Verification of Identification:
-    Certified true copy of identification card or Certified true copy of passport
-    Thai Juristic Person: Certified true copy of the affidavit issued by the 
Ministry of Commerce within a period of no longer than 1 year prior to Exercise
Date and certified true copy of the document of the authorized signatory(ies)
who certifies the documents.
-    Foreign Juristic Person: Certified true copy of the certificate of 
incorporation and/or the affidavit of the juristic person notarized by the
Notary Public with a period of no longer than 1 year prior to each respective
Exercise Date and certified true copy of the document of the authorized
signatory(ies) who certifies the documents
